When your withdrawal request is marked as “Under Review,” it means that the request has been received and is currently being processed by the relevant departments at Evest.
What happens during this stage?
Your withdrawal request goes through an internal review by the relevant departments. This stage usually takes between 24 and 72 business hours, and in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days.
What should I do during this stage?
No action is required from your side during this stage. You can track the status of your withdrawal request through the app by following these steps:
- Tap the three-line menu button at the top of the app.
- Select Withdrawal.
- Go to Withdrawal History.
If any documents are missing or any additional actions are required, you will be notified by email.
Can I cancel my withdrawal request during this stage?
Yes. As long as your request is still marked as “Under Review” and has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by following these steps:
- Tap the three-line menu button at the top of the app.
- Select Withdrawal.
- Go to Withdrawal History.
- Choose the withdrawal request you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel if the option is available.
