Requirements for withdrawing to a credit card
You can withdraw to your credit card provided that the card is registered and active on your account, and that it is in the name of the trading account holder.
It must also be the same card used for the deposit. Please note that you can only withdraw the amount deposited using this card, while any additional amounts or profits may need to be withdrawn through another available withdrawal method.
Can I withdraw to a third-party credit card?
No. Withdrawals cannot be processed to cards that are not in your name. The card must be in the name of the trading account holder.
Are there any fees for withdrawing to a credit card?
Yes, withdrawal fees apply to each transaction according to your account status:
- $5 per withdrawal if you are an active trader and have opened trades.
- $25 per withdrawal if you have not opened any trades.
How long does a credit card withdrawal take?
Credit card withdrawals take 7 to 10 business days after the Finance Department approves the withdrawal request, excluding public holidays and weekends. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
How do I request a withdrawal to my credit card?
App:
- Log in to your account.
- Tap the three lines at the top to open the menu.
- Select Withdrawal.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum amount is $25.
- Tap Submit.
- Choose Credit Card as the withdrawal method.
- Enter the last 4 digits of the card.
- Enter the cardholder name.
- Enter the card expiry date, including the full 4-digit year.
- Tap Send to complete the request.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Some transactions may also be subject to an additional security review to help protect your account.
