If your withdrawal request has been approved but the funds have not reached your bank account, please consider the following:

The usual timeframe for receiving funds

Withdrawal processing usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include public holidays or weekends. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account may also vary depending on your payment service provider or your bank.

What should I do if the funds have not arrived after the stated timeframe?

If the funds have not arrived after the specified timeframe, you can contact the Customer Support team to follow up on the status of your request. You may be asked to provide the following information:

Confirmation of withdrawal approval

Amount and request date
