How can I submit a withdrawal request?

To withdraw funds from your account, you can easily submit a withdrawal request through Evest by following the steps below:

App:

  • Log in to your trading account.
  • Tap the three lines at the top to open the menu.
  • Select Withdrawal from the menu.
  • You will see the funds available for withdrawal and the withdrawal amount.
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum amount is $25.
  • Tap Submit.
  • Choose the withdrawal method.

If you have funds invested in open positions, you can make more balance available by closing these positions. Once a position is closed, the invested amount, along with any profit or loss, will be returned to your available balance.

What are the conditions and requirements for withdrawal?

Your account must be verified for the withdrawal request to be processed successfully. The minimum withdrawal amount is $25.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

Yes, withdrawal fees may apply to each transaction depending on your account status and the type of transaction:

  • $5 per withdrawal if you are an active trader, meaning you have opened trades.
  • $25 per withdrawal if you have not opened any trades.

How can I track the status of my withdrawal request?

Once you submit the withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic email notification confirming that your withdrawal request has been successfully received.

After that, the request will be reviewed and processed by the relevant team. You will receive an email update once the withdrawal request has been processed or if any additional information is required.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal request as long as its status is still under review and it has not been processed yet by following these steps:

  • Tap the three lines at the top.
  • Select Withdrawal.
  • Tap Next at the bottom of the screen.
  • Select Withdrawal History.
  • Your current withdrawal requests will appear. Choose Cancel.
