If you enter an invalid password when logging into Evest, you will see an option to reset your password. Follow these steps to reset it:
- Click on “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address registered with your account
- Click “Submit”
An email will then be sent to the address entered in step 2 with a unique password reset link. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your main inbox.
- The reset link can only be used once
- The link is valid for 24 hours only
Once you have changed your password, simply log in using your new password.
Please note: if you use an email address different from the one you registered with, your password cannot be recovered.
