Go to: Menu ➝ Account Management
Check your account status.
The status will appear as:
- Under Review
- Approved
- Rejected (with the reason if available)

Go to: My Account
Select: Account Status
You will be able to view your account status directly.
How will I be notified if my account is approved?
You will receive a notification via:
- SMS
Once your account has been approved.
How long does the account review process take?
The account review process usually takes from a few minutes up to several business days, depending on the accuracy of the submitted information and documents.
What should I do if my account is still under review?
If your status is “Under Review,” please wait until the verification process is completed. You may also be asked to provide additional documents.

Can I open an additional trading account?
Clients are allowed to open only one trading account.
