To permanently close the account, you must first make sure the following conditions are met:
- The account balance must be zero ($0)
- There must be no open trades on any financial instruments
- There must be no negative balance on the account
- There must be no pending transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, or asset transfers
- There must be no outstanding profits that have not yet been received
After confirming that all these conditions are fulfilled, the client must contact the support team to formally request account closure. The closure will then be processed according to the company’s approved procedures.
The company also retains records containing the client’s data, documents, and communications for at least six years after the termination of the relationship or any transaction, in accordance with applicable regulatory policies.
You can submit an account closure request through the mobile app or the web platform by following the designated steps.
App:
- From the main menu, tap the headset/support icon
- Contact the support team and request permanent account closure
Web:
- From the sidebar on the left side of the screen
- Click on the Support Center icon
Can I cancel my Evest account closure request?
You cannot cancel the account closure request by yourself. Please contact the support team through the Support Center to request cancellation of the closure.
Important note:
If the allowed cancellation period has passed, it may no longer be possible to restore the account, and you will need to contact the support team for assistance.
