• Then submit the required documents to verify your identity.
• After completing this step, tap the “Start Verification” button.
• Move to the next step, “Verification Center”.
• You will receive a message in the Verification Center if the documents need to be modified or not.
• Tap “Submit”.

• Click on the profile icon.
• Go to “Compliance Check”.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Select “Upload Documents”.
• Enter your email address.
• Click “Start Verification”.
• Upload the required documents from your device.
• Make sure the images are clear.
• Click “Submit”.

• The documents must be valid and fully clear.
• The information must match the details on your account.
• Verification may take from a few hours to several days.
• If the documents are rejected, you will be asked to upload them again with the reason explained.

How long does document/account verification take?

The verification process is usually completed within just a few minutes. However, in some cases, it may take up to one full business day. You will be notified of your account verification status by email.
