- Go to “Menu”.
- First, tap on “Compliance Check”.
- Then submit the required documents to verify your identity.
- After completing this step, tap the “Start Verification” button.
- Move to the next step, “Verification Center”.
- You will receive a message in the Verification Center if the documents need to be modified or not.
- Tap “Submit”.

- Click on the profile icon.
- Go to “Compliance Check”.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Select “Upload Documents”.
- Enter your email address.
- Click “Start Verification”.
- Upload the required documents from your device.
- Make sure the images are clear.
- Click “Submit”.

- The documents must be valid and fully clear.
- The information must match the details on your account.
- Verification may take from a few hours to several days.
- If the documents are rejected, you will be asked to upload them again with the reason explained.
How long does document/account verification take?
The verification process is usually completed within just a few minutes. However, in some cases, it may take up to one full business day. You will be notified of your account verification status by email.
