A trade may be closed automatically for several reasons related to risk management or account settings.
- One common reason is reaching the Stop Loss level, where the trade is automatically closed when the price reaches a specific level that you previously set to help limit losses.
- This may also happen when the account reaches the Stop Out level. In this case, if the margin level in your account drops to a certain threshold, the system may close trades to help protect the account from larger losses.
A trade may also be closed automatically if:
- It reaches the Take Profit target.
- The trade expires in certain types of trading.
