It is a unique number assigned to each trade you open on the platform. It is used to identify and track the trade easily, especially when contacting support or reviewing trading details.

Where can you find it?

You can find it in the Open Positions section or the Closed Positions section.

App:

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Trading History.
• Select the open or closed trade.
• View the trade details.
• You will find the Position ID within the trade information.

Desktop:

You can view open positions from the area below the chart.

All open positions will appear there, with the details of each position, including the Position ID.

Notes:

• The Position ID is used when contacting support to help identify the issue quickly.
• Each trade has a different Position ID, and it cannot be repeated.
• It can also be found in Trading History or reports.
